The recurring pattern is not that every UFO is Venus, but that Venus repeatedly generates reports that initially appear mysterious until the sky is reconstructed.
When a Venus Explanation Is Too Weak
A chart showing Venus in roughly the right area is not, by itself, enough to close a case.

Investigators should therefore treat Venus as a hypothesis to test, not as an automatic dismissal. A good match requires agreement in direction, altitude, time, brightness and observed behaviour. If several of those elements fail, another explanation should be explored.
